Corporate Secretarial Legal Services.
The Firm aims to assist Clients to manage and mitigate risks
of corporate non-compliance by also providing a wide service
on corporate management including company secretarial legal
areas for companies registered in Tanzania and those with a
certificate of compliance to operate in Tanzania.
Banking and Finance.
The team excels in Banking and Finance Laws, providing services like financial institution
registration, mortgage and
